 Support Professional

This position is providing individuals with I/DD direct care-such as assisting with daily living skills and accessing community resources. 

Support Professional - BACK-UP Staff (PRN) [NO OPENINGS at this time]

Direct Care Backup Staff must have three years of work experience supporting people with developmental disabilities. Also must be available to be on-call 3 or more days per week (including a weekend day) for daytime or evening. This position may include personal care.

Job Coach - Part Time  [NO OPENINGS at this time]

Provide person centered job coaching designed to develop vocational skills, increase independence and support achievement of pre-set goals. Assess job skills and recommend job site modifications as necessary 

Support Professional - Dual Diagnosis [NO OPENINGS at this time]

This position is providing individuals with I/DD direct care, who potentially have additional mental health diagnosis. Shifts may include, but not limited to, assisting with daily living skills and accessing community.

What: Provide community-based supports and services to children and adults with I/DD.

How: Help participants meet their individual goals through skill-building, personal care, and community involvement. Training and supervision provided.

When: Our participants have a variety of needs and schedules so we can offer part time positions filling a myriad of shifts throughout the week.

Where: Services are community based, at work and in the home.
