Taking care of other people for a living means that sometimes its hard to take care of yourself. In this workshop we'll talk about what's at risk for you personally and professionally if you can't find doable ways to prioritize your own health and emotional well-being. Then I'll share with you the best suggestions I have for DSP's who know that they need to be taking better care of themselves.
SPACE IS LIMITED. You must RSVP to Eileen Patrick in HR
