Music therapy is a clinically proven way to improve communication, social, cognitive, and motor skills. Through participation in music therapy, individuals can enhance their health and wellness as well as build community and social connections. Individual or group music therapy sessions can be designed to help participants address goals that are important to them and will improve their quality of life.

The Arc will provide quality music therapy services to children and adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, addressing individual needs and helping to build community through music.
