Nina Rhoades received her Bachelor’s in Social Work from Appalachian State University and her Master’s in Social Work from UNC Charlotte in 2018. She worked as a clinical therapist with all walks of life, including individuals with IDD, until 2021 when she decided to shift towards more community centered work. She enjoys advocacy and supporting others in any way she can. Outside of work, Nina enjoys hiking, horseback riding, art, and spending time with her two cats, Coco and Hazel.
