Rachel Werdebaugh has lived in North Carolina except for a few years in Arizona. Rachel began her employment with The Arc of the Triangle as a Direct Support Professional in the Spring of 2017. Rachel was promoted to the position of Employment Specialist in March 2018. Rachel received her Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Psychology and Sociology from UNC-Greensboro. She loves to serve those supported by The Arc of the Triangle by helping them achieve their goals.
