REFERRAL BONUS!

- That person gets hired and attends orientation.

- Person reaches their 3 month anniversary**
- You Get a $75 bonus!!!
*Must be a new employee, with no previous experience working for The Arc of the Triangle.
**Employment must be continuous. 3 months from their first shift.

Every quarter an outstanding support professional is selected at EOTQ. Nominees will be co-nominated by participant/family member and that employee’s direct supervisor.
Winner will be notified by their supervisor and receive $75!
Eligibility:
- Excellent documentation skills
- Great relationship with the participant and family
- Must be up to date on all trainings & mandatory certifications
