Triangle Disability & Autism Services needs volunteers who are friendly, energetic, and outgoing.
We offer interesting opportunities to fit most interests and schedules.
Our volunteers are 16 years of age or older (unless accompanied by an adult) and required to undergo a background check for certain volunteer positions.
ONE-ON-ONE BUDDY PARTNERSHIPS: spend time with an adult with I/DD a few hours each month exploring recreational and leisure activities.
COMMUNITY PROGRAMS: volunteer with teens and adults with IDD and autism in a variety of programs in our community.
FUNDRAISING: help out with our fundraising efforts throughout the year.
CLERICAL WORK: help out in one of our offices doing data entry, answering the phones, mailings, and more.
COMMUNITY EVENTS: volunteer at events such as Resource Fairs, our Annual Meeting & Arc Awards, or our Holiday Parties.
