    Triangle Self-Advocacy Network Meeting

    Join us at our self-advocacy group's bi-monthly meetings. For adults with I/DD 18 & Over.

    Develop self-advocacy skills. We discuss the rights and needs of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities [I/DD].

    Offer peer support. We discuss individual advocacy issues such as achieving greater independence and accomplishing personal goals.    

    Build leaders. We have elected officers and choose topics as a group.

    Have fun. Building new friendships is importantWe also enjoy social get-togethers. 

     

    Voice and choice are the cornerstones of TSAN.

    The Arc's Bowl-a-Thon - Raleigh

    The Arc of the Triangle’s Bowl-A-Thon is a unique and exciting fundraising event. The Bowl-A-Thon is a day of inclusive recreation and sport for children and adults with disabilities, their family and friends, and our community. We hope you will join us to help raise the necessary funds to support the community programs of The Arc, as well as enjoy a great day of public awareness and inclusion.

    $25/Arc members  $30/everyone else! includes 2 hours of bowling; shoe rental and a t-shirt!

    We hope that all of our bowlers will set up their one fundraising pages and help The Arc raise money to support children and adults with disabilities across the Triangle! More info coming soon!

    Marbles Kids Museum in Raleigh, NC

    Family Fun Night

    The Arc of the Triangle is the founding partner of this amazing community program. In our 5th year, Family Fun Night is the premier event for kids with special needs in the area.

    This is a FREE evening of museum adventure for kids with special needs and their families. This event allows kids to experience the museum in a more calm, less crowded environment. Family Fun Night is offered every 2 months. Siblings are welcome.
